Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch user from California filed a civil lawsuit asking for $25 million damages from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly explicit and sexually explicit content of female streamers" when they logged on to the website. According to court records obtained by Dexerto the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to the court on June 15 seeking a lawsuit. Twitch itself was issued an official summons on June 19. Estavillo is a man who, as per his complaint to Santa Clara Superior Court of California submitted on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders as well as sexual addiction, among other illnesses that require him to dependent on the internet for entertainment. The complaint further claims that Twitch exacerbates these conditions. There are also female Twitch streamers who claim that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addicting material and videos on a regular and constant on a regular basis." Alinity is not listed. The complaint asks for all of the above streamers to be banned permanently from Twitch for violating the TOS. It also wants $25 million in compensation, that will "be divided evenly among the plaintiff, any other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as any remaining funds." Alinity Alinity Alinity
